As you may have noticed, my posting has been next to nonexistent recently. In fact, I think I’ve posted once or twice since back in April. It will likely not come as a surprise when I tell you that I’m stepping down from blogging here at This is My Game.
I’ve had a lot of changes happening in the time between my talk with Randall about running this site, and now. When I partnered with Randall, I didn’t have an RPG about ready to publish, I didn’t have a teaching job to plan for, and I didn’t have my free time vanishing into my game design company.
Now, I have all of those things. I’m very excited about all of them, but they all mean that I don’t have the time or attention to give This is My Game the writing it deserves. I’ve spoken to Randall about it, and he is working on deciding what direction the site will take. I wish him and all of our other talented contributors the best.
I especially want to thank the readers of this site. Every blog is nothing more than people shouting into the aether without readers.
I’m Tracy Barnett, and This Was My Game.
Thank you.

Tracy, I think I can speak for the rest of our contributors when I say we appreciate what you were able to bring to This Is My Game. I think we made a great team, and while I’m sorry to see you go; I also understand that you have a lot of amazing awesome things headed your way.
Best of luck in all your endeavors, Sir. Your journey will be incredible.
